Dosage

Apply generously before sun exposure (e.g., a fingertip amount for an adult's face and neck. Using less significantly reduces protection). Reapply often, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when using sunscreen. Excessive exposure to sunlight is harmful. Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Keep infants and young children out of direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with textiles. Treat any stains with hand soap and wash at 30C.
