Dosage
Contrelle Activgard is easy to use. It comes with an applicator, and the product is inserted into the vagina to lift and gently support the urethra. Instructions are included in the package.
Remarks
You can wear Contrelle Activgard for up to 16 hours a day or use it only when exercising. Each Contrelle Activgard can be used only once. You can also use it during your period, but in that case, you cannot use a tampon. Contrelle Activgard should be changed every 4 to 6 hours during your period.
