Dosage

For adults, take 1-2 capsules as needed with a meal, up to a maximum of 6 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or individuals with impaired blood clotting due to medication or illness, or those allergic to pineapple or papaya. It is advised to discontinue use before surgery.
