MagneCit is a dietary supplement that contains highly absorbable anhydrous magnesium citrate and vitamin B6. Anhydrous magnesium citrate is the most soluble and absorbable form of magnesium salt. Anhydrous magnesium citrate has the highest solubility among organic magnesium salts. Vitamin B6 enhances the absorption of magnesium, while low intake of vitamin B6 increases the excretion of magnesium in urine. Dosage
