MagneCit Magnesiumsitraatti + B6-vitamiini

MagneCit is a dietary supplement that contains highly absorbable anhydrous magnesium citrate and vitamin B6. Anhydrous magnesium citrate is the most soluble and absorbable form of magnesium salt. Anhydrous magnesium citrate has the highest solubility among organic magnesium salts. Vitamin B6 enhances the absorption of magnesium, while low intake of vitamin B6 increases the excretion of magnesium in urine. MagneCit is a film-coated tablet with a score line, making it easy to swallow.

For increased magnesium needs, MagneCit is particularly suitable for fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and those engaged in physical work.

The MagneCit tablet does not contain lactose, gluten, yeast, sweeteners, soy, or gelatin. It is suitable for vegans.

Dosage

For adults, 1-2 tablets per day. The dose is recommended to be divided into two times to optimize absorption. The recommended daily dose contains 150 - 300 mg of magnesium (40-80%*) and 1.5 - 3 mg of vitamin B6 (107-214%*)
