1. The insoles in your shoes are probably removable – remove them first if possible. 2. Place the insoles in the shoes to try the size. 3. Measure your foot against the gel insole and cut along the marked lines with scissors to achieve a perfect fit for your feet. 4. Place the Scholl GelActiv insoles with the gel side down. Replace the insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Clean by wiping with warm soapy water (do not soak).
