Dosage

1–2 bottles per day as a dietary supplement or sole nutrition according to the instructions of a doctor or nutritionist. One bottle contains 200 ml of the drink, and it can also be consumed in several small portions throughout the day. Shake the drink before use and serve cold. It can be frozen into ice cream.
