The inhalation oil contains genuine 100% essential oils: eucalyptus, cajeput, and peppermint.
Dosage
Using with an inhaler: The water used in the inhaler should be no warmer than 80C. Add 1 drop of inhalation oil to the water. Tighten the upper part carefully. Place your face firmly against the mouthpiece of the inhaler and breathe in through your nose and/or mouth for about 5-10 minutes at a time. Always wash the upper part of the inhaler after use. Do not wash in the dishwasher.

Remarks
Start steam inhalation slowly and stop if the steam inhalation with inhalation oil feels too intense. Do not use inhalation oil if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Not for asthmatics. For children under 4 years old, steam inhalation should be done without oil. The child's steam inhalation should be performed under adult supervision.
