Puhdas Premium Salmon Oil is a fresh omega-3 oil made from wild Atlantic salmon from the western coast of Norway. The gentle manufacturing process preserves all the valuable fatty acids contained in the oil. Our salmon oil has a very low oxidation level and is certified by Friends of the Sea. Salmon oil is rich in omega fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA support normal heart function. A positive health effect is achieved by consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA fatty acids daily.
Dosage
